Equipment introduction
The secondary packaging machine for granular materials is mainly used to complete the automatic packaging process of packing small bag products (150 ~ 1000 g) into woven bags and sewing bags according to the requirements (arrangement form: Double bin blanking, single row or double row horizontal arrangement). The machine is widely used in powder and granule packaging such as washing powder, salt, seeds, milk powder, etc. it is the preferred machine for major companies.
Production process: small bag products → horizontal conveyor → double-layer inclined conveyor → high-speed conveyor → counting and packing machine → woven bag automatic packaging machine → sewing machine → woven bag product output
